Refund Policy

Tickets. Following the purchase of a ticket no refunds can be given. Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased and are non-transferable. If 48 hours' notice is given, Kidz Planet may, at its discretion, move your booking to another date. Tickets purchased online may not be used with any other offer or promotion.

Parties. A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your party booking. The remaining balance, including extras, is due 48 hours before the party. Once the final balance is paid the party is non-refundable, even if fewer guests attend. To move a party to a different date or time, give at least 7 days' notice; a charge may apply. Kidz Planet may cancel or reject a booking at any time, including for fraud or misuse of the facilities. Refunds for parties already booked are considered case by case.

Gift vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
